Description: Point between the Castle and Saddle Head, Bosherston. Looking WNW. Joints simulating bedding-planes in Carboniferous Limestone. The whole of the cliff is devoid of visible bedding-planes (the dip is landward and very low), but is crossed by parallel joints resembling vertical bedding-planes. The beds are the thick-limestones of the Upper Seminula Subzone.
