Description: Cliff, Swanlake Bay (W. side), Manorbier. Looking W. Fault-features and plane of marine denudation in vertical Marls and Sandstones (Lower Old Red Sandstone). A large fault causes a marked cleft at A and throws out water at B, to the right of which its position is indicated by a hollow. (The water from B escapes straight down to the sea front.) At C, D and E are other fault-clefts. The top of the cliffs are rounded, and crossed by ribs of hard rock, chiefly the harder sandstones.
