Description: | Angle Brick Works, West Angle Bay. Looking ENE. Loam, gravel, sand, possibly late-glacial. The hammer rests against carbonaceous loam with frequent fragments of wood. The far-travelled boulder immediately above was probably dug out from the floor immediately above the head of the figure, i.e., from the base of a bed of sand in which the top of a hole is visble near the right margin. |
