Description: Brown Will (N. end) from Maiden Tor, Camelford. Looking SSE. Granite hill. A typical 'tor'. This is the highest eminence in Cornwall, being 1375 feet above sea level. The upper part of the hill is a typical 'tor' of more or less bare granite. The granite of a tor is rounder, greyer and more free from cracks and fissures than that of the adjacent lower ground. A 'tor'.
