Description: | Composed of granular calcite of average grain 0.7 mm, which is greatly twinned. Small quartz and feldspar grains, up to 0.1 mm across and of irregular but occasionally idioblastic form, are scattered in small quantity between and within the calcite grains. Tiny opaque granules including pyrite are dusted irregularly through the calcite mosaic. Limestone with some quartz, medium-grained, granoblastic. SL0230. Britrocks S35179. Magnification x40.
