Description: A dove-grey, medium-grained limestone composed of inter-locking grains of closely-twinned calcite of varying size (about 0.25 - 1.0 mm) with a little colourless mica, quartz and scarce turbid alkali-feldspar; accessory pyrite, graphite, limonite, and sphene. Limestone with quartz and muscovite, medium-grained, granoblastic. SL0012. Britrocks S34498. Magnification x40. Light XPL.
