Description: A pale grey, compact limestone composed of fine-grained calcite, 0.005 mm across, in which numerous angular quartz grains, up to 0.1 mm across, and small shells and shell fragments are set. Long thin pieces of phosphatic shell, carbonaceous shreds, and granules of pyrite, often oxidized, are common. Limestone, luteous, pelitomorphic, clastizoic. SL0090. Britrocks S34485.
